More Options for Running Programs in Epsilon 13
The shell( ) and concur_shell( ) primitives have a new
optional parameter that supplies flags to alter their behavior.
The buf_pipe_text( ) primitive recognizes the new
PIPE_KEEP_ENV flag.
The fourth argument to the winexec( ) primitive was previously a
number that indicated, if nonzero, that Epsilon should wait for the
program to exit. Now Epsilon interprets this argument as flag bits;
the SHELL_SYNCH flag corresponds to the previous setting.
