epsilon-help-format-unix-gui: preference variable

This variable controls how Epsilon for Unix provides help when running as an X11 program. The value 1 makes Epsilon display help in a popup window. The values 0 and 2 make Epsilon display help in a web browser. (Epsilon for Unix always provides help in a popup window when it runs as a console program, without X11.)
