perl-closeback: preference variable
Default value: 1
If nonzero, Perl mode aligns a right brace character that ends a block
with the line containing the matching left brace character. If zero,
Perl mode aligns the right brace character with the first statement
inside the block. Additionally, the value 2 makes Epsilon indent
lines starting with a right parenthesis so they match the start of the
line with its matching left parenthesis, not the left parenthesis
itself.
